These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the services provided by Otto Solutions SL.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all business relationships between Otto Solutions SL and its clients. Deviating conditions of the client will not be accepted unless we expressly agree to their validity in writing.

2. Service Delivery

Otto Solutions SL provides software development services according to the specifications set out in the respective offer or contract. All delivery dates are non-binding unless expressly agreed as binding.

3. Copyright and Usage Rights

Upon full payment, Otto Solutions SL transfers the agreed usage rights for the created works to the client. The source code is handed over in full. Otto Solutions SL retains the right to use general development methods and non-proprietary solutions in other projects.

4. Liability Limitation

Otto Solutions SL is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, unless caused by gross negligence or intent.
